Molly Hoyt
Molly Hoyt is a Principal Program Manager for PG&E where she leads development of the company’s programs to bring energy resiliency to rural, tribal, and low-income communities. She has been with PG&E for 16 years, primarily leading the development of the company’s voluntary green power and community solar programs. For 9 years she also served as CEO of PG&E’s ClimateSmart Charity, which oversees a portion of PG&E’s carbon offset investments.
Molly’s current passion is supporting and cultivating allies for the LGBTQ+ community. As the proud spouse of a transgender person, Molly appreciates offering her perspective to others to help build awareness and understanding, and support other allies. Molly served as Board President of PFLAG San Francisco from 2022-2023.
