Seth had a long career in healthcare operations and management, most recently as VP of Operations for a small managed care company focusing on catastrophic work related injuries. Retired since January 2023, Seth has had the opportunity to lead high functioning, cross discipline teams toward providing optimal care to injured workers and serving the mission of a growing company. Seth has a Masters in Social Work and worked as a clinical social worker and manager in a variety of health care settings.

Seth is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. He and his husband of 44 years raised two daughters both adopted from China. He has served on boards for Families With Children from China, Kehilla Community Synagogue, KidsChance and Jewish Youth for Community Action (JYCA).
